DELIVERY CONDITIONS
We feel pride to introduce our business Aks Movers(registered under Business Names Act, 1962) , Courier/ FURNITURE Removalist/ Transportation business to community. We would like to introduce some of our initial business offerings to the community(van deliveries specialists)
a) No Job is confirmed until proper pickup and delivery address with contact numbers is received from customer in writing(either a sms or email), if you failed to do so please don't complain later.
b) Proper information regarding whether stuff to be moved from flight of stairs or ground floor, or requires two people or one person is required before booking, if failed to do so please don't complain about increase in price later
c)if confirmed exact time booking is required then customer has to pay three hour minimum time otherwise in normal booking customer may have to wait for 0-40 mins depending upon traffic (extreme conditions)
d)Its customers duty to check that every item has been unloaded from delivery vehicle upon leaving, if some stuff is still left behind by chance in vehicle then that will be returned by taking a new appointment fom us for delivery (that might be chargeable or customer can prefer to pickup that too with appointment)(Please note that proper care is taken by our drivers that no customer stuff is left behind but it may happen so please don't complain later for negligence
e) We don't have efptos or credit card facility for payments so please ensure you have proper cash on delivery, otherwise time for waiting ($50 per hour) is chargeable
f) Cancellations are chargeable as per minimum booking price or $25 whichever is higher
g) Any sort of abusive language or screaming or racial comments is not tolerable over phone or on any of our drivers, otherwise your job will be cancelled on the spot or we may hang up the call on you for misbehaviour
h) It is customers duty to read the delivery conditions on website under notice section before booking, on booking it is assumed by us that you have read the delivery conditions before booking
i) After the minimum hours, we charge for every 30 min interval for example if minimum hours are three and total time spent is three hours and ten minutes then amount payable is for three hours and 30 minutes
